To my friend Jim.

I hope this morning brings for you,
a bright and sunny day .
May good future smile on you,
Today and as every day.
For I, as your friend, wish you the best,
for you’re so dear.
With a heart that’s pure and true .
Caring and kindness lives deep inside of you.
You should be proud of what you are,
and I’ll say this too;
if the world had more like you around
that would be a blessing too
So as you drive off today remember what I say.
As a good friend that you are.
Keep that and let it stay.
May the lord smile on you today and keep you safe I pray.
Friends may come and friends may go,

No matter how times and things may change.
