The human mating ritual
is something to admire
beside the fading embers
of some ancient fire,
Or the back of a Plymouth
the rear seat so spacious
the acts of young lovers
always quite audacious,

But, now we're getting older
no longer quite the drive
but not dead, yet
still alert, alive,
And still in search of comfort
that warm carnal kind
keep your eyes open
never know what you will find ..
