THEORY "X" => CIVIC MATTERS

WEST LONDON
SUMMER 1990

GOLDEN AGE

You used to be a golden boy,
Your boss would treat you like a toy,
And to advantage would promote you,
Until with someone else she caught you.

And since you have been caught red-handed,
Your status as a one-arm bandit,
Has been diminished to a station,
Of lonely mental masturbation.

As for your boss, she still enjoys,
Her appetite for golden boys,
And now and then she still ignites,
Her flame for younger satellites.

She still goes through her golden age,
And now and then she turns a page,
Yours she has read and has forgotten,
This golden age, was then so rotten?

Monsieur Antoine?

Reminds me of that character, like it's part of his story.
