You've gone away
You left me today
Heaven awaits you
The angels welcoming you
I know all these things
I know the peace they should bring
But you're gone, Never to return
I can't help but feel burned
I need you here
Wiping away a tear
Feeling angry for my selfishness
Walking into the blackness
Feeling it swallow me
I can't see
I can't believe
I need to let go
But can I, I truly don't know
Running knowing the demons
Are close, Not knowing which direction they're coming from
All the sad faces
All the dark places
I am alone
You were stolen
Falling on the ground
Cursing God and all around
Trying to climb up
But the fog is above
Cutting off my screams
Taking my breath it seems
But at last I acknowledge the void
I still feel destroyed
I've lost
You were the cost
Finally into the early morning light
I whisper...........Goodbye...................
