Hot Summer Night

It’s been hot all day...

We’ve soaked up sun...

Warmed our bones...

Shook off old man winter...

And felt the joy of summer...

Sun has fallen behind the hills...

Cool of the evening creeps in...

We’ll make own own heat...

Warm flesh touching...

Hearts yearning for the fire...

Passion smolders in your dark eyes...

Desire fills my soul with the need for you...

Skin warms to my touch...

Your nakedness is all I see...

All else is blotted out...

We become one...

In the age old act...

Skin against skin...

Until sated, we rest...

Tangled in each other...

The only sound...

A fan blowing cool air...

Across our...

hot sweaty...

Skin...
