IN BETWEEN TWO CALLS
Devoid of romance,
of love or of compassion,
your ever lasting stance
till it goes out of fashion,
yet, you had honest passion!
Love we cannot enforce,
romance we cannot rate,
all from some unknown source,
passions evaporate,
something to do with fate?
In between two calls
this song of love is made,
it's funny how it rolls
without any aid
to our aggregate shade.
I'm glad it's all ok,
exams were a success,
perhaps some future day
our passions we'll confess
earnestly, without stress.
