Demons walk around
skin as dark as the night
markings the color of a ruby
yet with eyes as white as its skin is black

Angels walk around
skin as white as snow
markings the color of a sapphire
yet with eyes as black as its skin is white

Walking around with hair that match their eyes
these beings are very different from what you believe
angels serving a murderous child
demons serving a rebel leader

Read the books
hear their lies
believe what you will
but the truth lay in their eyes

As dark
as the being that gives the orders
or as bright
as the mission for freedom

Believe as you will
but I would prefer to deny it all and burn
than accept the bullshit in books written by men
saying God spoke to them

Insanity!

Sophmoric schlock from someone too dull to realize that "the bullshit in books written by men" would include himself.
