pink puff clouds
layered in the sky
melted into a glowing
ray of sunshine
arising the light
of a simple village

the cart of bread
moves along
moms send their babies
off to school
and the elders are in
the park feeding birds

remember to drive on the other side
of the street
things are different here
a place where time left behind
no hate
only peace
and tranquility
where heros can
retire in comfort
friendship is everywhere
culture is the very air they breathe
art is everyone's middle name

you can sit
and learn worlds
of knowledge alone
from looking around

a bad reputation
kicked by the
reality of exotic beauty
