Suck
me inside
your powertrip tide
where erotic, archaic,
arcane I will slide, inhale, subside,
sink, drink, delirious ride,
a powertrip punch,
you can not
hide.

Blow
me insane,
my powertrip brain
runs on phantoms of fumes now
and pinches of pain, salute, sustain
whatever it takes to gain
control of my corpse,
this is your
reign.

Crash
my parade,
a crazy crusade
that will change every pattern
by power of blade, poison, grenade,
this powertrip panicked raid,
a pulsating spark
that will not
fade.

Tear
me apart,
your full throttle heart
through duration and distance
will shoot like a dart, repent, restart,
lift my readings off the chart,
merge me into your
powertrip
art.

Watch
me transform,
a stalemate reform
breaking free from all phobics
and numbening norm, present, preform,
shine a spinal star so warm,
glow your reflection,
sing with the
storm.

Oh . My. God.

You have sought a path of enlightenment...and found it through your um sinuses? This is a marvelous powerhouse of a poem that had me laughing and marveling. What a great balance of form and content. And so musical it skips. :)

Oh! Wonderful!

Read this aloud folks. If you think it's a good silent read (and it is) ..... well, just read it aloud.
