Johnny Rocco
Johnny Rocco
biggest bully
on the block-o
have you nothing
left to knock-o?
is there no one
left to shock-o?

we all saw you
lift your leg up
get yourself
another a peg up
tried to swing but
only bunted
gotta make the
street's most wanted
you can't help the
way you's raised up
but can't you act like
you're all grown up?

Oh it's always
Johnny Rocco
100 pennies
in a sock-o
collecting tributes
on the dock-o
life sized pictures
drawn in chalk-o
can you hear the
ticking clock-o?

kick a stew bum
just for cheap grins
flip a smoke butt
in the dust bin
nickel drops and
does a quick spin
heads you lose and
tails he wins

time's up Johnny
pick a lock-o
jam your head down
into the flock-o
take your medals
off to hock-o
judgment day for
Johnny Rocco

This has the rhythm...

and feel that calls for a catchy tune. It reads like a chant or a skipping rhyme. I enjoyed it.
