some words reached me saying
"Every thing has a purpose."
Not true. Turning back,
withering away, dying off.
Maybe that's the point...
Glad you are back to submitting, think 'nor' would work better in the third line 1st stanza instead of 'as did'
I love poems about wind and rain and purpose. We may never know our own purpose, much less that of a raindrop, past the obvious.
I perhaps would rework the third line of the first stanza, other than that, it is a beauty. I enjoy reading you, sweet Boo.
