Today, I still cannot believe
How lucky I have been
To find such true and honest love
In a man I have never seen

He brings to me such happiness
And a joy that is so rare
He gives to me his everything
With such tenderness and care

There are no words that I can write
That tells of how I feel
How he has truly changed my life
And turned fantasy into real

The stars, they shine much brighter now
The grass the greenest hue
The air is cleaner, the sun more warm
And the sky the bluest blue

Who do I thank for bringing him
Into my heart and life
Who do I owe such gratefulness
For saving me from strife?

I think sometimes that God looked down
And saw my inner need
And handed me the gift of him
A true and lasting gift indeed

I love you dear, I truly do
You are a part of me
I carry you within my heart
It’s where you’ll always be

I talk and write to you each day
It’s a treat in every way
To hear your voice, your laugh, your sighs
It’s more than I can say...

The subject of this amazing poem is one lucky guy......let's hope he knows it! I think he does.

Easy to love

I know this woman and I love her, deeply. She has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. I wish I was the man she writes about in "Life anew..." parts one and two. He is one very lucky son of a gun.

Oral, you write so eloquently. You are a talented woman and it shows through your expressive poetry and your brilliant stories. Keep them coming, we all need a little more of "you" in our lives.

Someone

Someone, somwhere, is a very lucky person. I wonder if he appreciates the love you have for him. I hope he does.
