It's funny the way things go
sometimes. When everything slows down
for a moment and just gets

           clear.

That's when I think about how much life costs
to live. Not the actual dollars and cents,
but the emotional fiscality of

           energy,

and the amount of it that needs to be worked for
and spent to live comfortably.

I tend to exert too much on processing and late fees.
