I may feel lonely
But I'm never alone
For there is some-one
Who may not always know
His precise leaves my heart
healed
it makes my mind feel so much at ease
he's holding my hand
While his eyes smile back
Sending a symphony of confidence
And his love and trust I never cease
to feel or lack.
As the evening and dusk settles in
Upon us,
Even though we may not be physically together
I never feel we are apart
I sit down to dinner and the only thing I taste
Is his mouth
My tongue lingers with sweet memory
of my love and the way he shares his life......................
