Click herea grandma's love is pure and sweet
a never ending sort of love that will sweep you off your feet
it carriers to your mother
she carriers it to you
she shows you what to cover
and explains exactly what to do
they don't always give you what you want
but you will never go with out a need
even when life seems to taunt
they will plant the joy back in your heart like a seed
so love them, hug them, say thank you even when your mad
a grandma's , mother's love and your will always grow
because they will be there when your sad
and scare the sorrow
so hold on and love until tomorrow
thank you and anyone else that look the time to read and vote. tazz you were very close although it wasn't the loss of my mother and grandmother that prompted this poem. when i was nine i lost my father and several other ones i love in diffrent ways, my mom and grandma were my rock and my guiding light. they helped me be strong when i didn't know i had it in me. and thank you for the respects i really do like that you understood the underlying loss in the poem. not many people would have read that deeply into it. ya'll make me smile =)
After reading your blog and between the lines, I hope your Mom and Grandma lived a long fruitful life with your interaction with them. Respectfully tk u mlj lv nv
i wrote this poem when i was 13 so it's a little childish. however i felt that i should leave it like it is... in honor of the younger me.
