Man, don’t you believe in magic?
Mystery is the powers awakening life.
Why does the earth carry only four season’s?
Birth, youth, maturity, death.

But, my soul-mates amongst the terra tragic.
Mystery carries two paths into strife.
This happy charm enthralls your mundane feelings.
Such finely, intricately carved castle’s embrace your breath.

To magically transport you away with emotional baggage.
Be a part to the challenge, to be lost in gold.
To sundance upon diamonds and see beauty unlimited.
See the flowers in the garden, brazenly fluttering in the wind.

Finger’s, faster than eyes, articulate your passage.
Elegance, politely infuse you with faith, argent and bold.
Fair hand’s and limb’s surge you purposely on to be fitted.
Smile’s collectively gather to your joy in gold- rimmed mold.

Then comes the dark man, and slowly the change sickens.
With him, is the black winter, and the fair one’s, quail and cringe.
The countryside becomes slick in sludge.
And nightshade gray, rain-cloud’s flood the sky mercilessly.

Green tree’s shatter in flames, his eyes and smile, grimly beckon.
Flower’s slump into ashes, the water turns gray, with black fringe.
The castles walls slam and fracture to the ground, uncommitted.
Chandelier’s, once expansively bright, disappear unintentionally.

As closer he steps, then from deep inside, grows your fear.
Alone you crawl away, for he comes, eyes only on you.
A wall at your back, you whimper in total hysteria.
He kneels and stretches a hand to your forehead.

Then, ill to your deepest self, you suddenly notice the single tear.
Staring hard, it seems to gather your mind and offers you, what is true.
The burdened, scarred anger fades to a gentle mysteria.
Then cradled, the aroma of ebullient life is well-fed.

Standing, he waves to a ruined, gray-stoned castle.
“If you hide in your dreams, you will not find a home.” He said.
“Your magic has always shared your heart,
whether fair or not, you’ll not reach heaven, laughing.”

“You must bear your truths, for they are the keys.
Untouched hearts must be felt, and anguished pain heard, and soothed.
For each hand that lifts you on high,
is connected to a heart that we have lifted in hope.” He offered.
