as she parted,
she left me miles of
petals, all smiling pink;
such an image
as restless in the night
pink camellias filled
my mental screen,
and lost among
the soft, abundant petals
I journeyed--
in endless, tender miles
the tension slowly drained--
embraced within this vision,
no longer wracked with pain,
I drifted into quiet sleep,
my spirit smiling
as it floated into pink.

Beautiful

You painted a beautiful picture, Spring, and I am glad for you...
