Red and Rough

Red and tear-stained are
My eyes, scanning your own
Searching for bits of love.

Missing

If I turn up missing
Don't look for me.
It'll be a waste
Of your time and energy.

Gain and Loss

Nothing lost and nothing gained
Is such a hefty price to pay.
If I do nothing and sit here,
They'll be no loss
But no gain, either.

Rain

Open up your love
And let it flow heavenly
So like rain
It will fall down on me.

The Drug

Once again I'm an addict;
I thought I could break this habit.
More harmful than the last,
This time it got me way to fast.
Now I'm hooked and can't get off
He is the flame and I'm the moth.
