I am one droplet of many
Falling from the sky
For as clear as I am
My heart is cloudy
To most I do not matter
And most do not matter to me
Yet there are a few here and there
That catch the glimmer in my eye
Hopefully there is one
That will be greatly more
Than just a splatter in my life
There has to be one constant
Like the burning sun up above
Someone who will be my rock
Who will be my gravitational pull
One who heats my soul
Who makes me feel all warm inside
One who will keep me strong
When the world turns its back on me
I am one droplet of many
Just looking for love from another
I am one droplet of many
Looking for more than just a splatter
Hopefully there is one
That will be greatly more
