My Eyes

One....Two....Three....Four.....

Children seeking, children hiding

In the dark they try to see

My Eyes see them playing. My eyes see them laughing

Piercing the darkness they see

Five....Six....Seven....Eight....

My eyes are the windows to my soul I've been told

But what would one find if they really could see

Deep and mysterious

Dark and sensuous.

Piercing the night they see.

Nine....Ten....Eleven....Twelve....

My eyes focus, my eyes narrow

In the shadows they try to see

Shadowy figures entwined together

A passion filled image of sex and love

Piercing the shadows they see

Thirteen....Fourteen....Fifteen....Sixteen....

My eyes seek, my eyes hide

In the dark they try to see

My deepest thoughts. My darkest fantasies.

Piercing the dark they see
