My Love Sleeping

Today I awoke and you were there
With my eyes closed, I could smell your hair

I could feel you breathe slow and long
Wrapped my arms around you and held you strong

Smelled the dying fragrance of Gucci rush
Heard you dreaming and helped you hush

With a gentle stroke through your hair
I kept dreaming that you were really there

The warmth I felt in holding you near
And whispering I love you into your ear

Was only shattered by my opening eyes
No sign of you, just empty sighs

Every night now I have the same dream
Try to analyse what ever it means

It means Wendy sweet I love you so
And if there's a chance I’ll never let you go
