Before we met I was so alone
With someone that I didn't love
My days were long and boring
The nights so gloomy and down

Meeting you was the greatest gift
We hit it off from the start
My thanks to you

I'm stuck in this life that I chose
Wish I could have met you first
Both our hands are tied
To others that we've chosen before knowing each other

I cold not have gone on without you here
What I get from you I don't get from him
From her you get grief and nothing more

I was tired of looking - I guess I settled
Not thinking I would find anyone else
You were in a position and you did what you that was right.

Neither one of us can do anything right now
But we do make each other happy again
You said you were bored until I came along
My thanks to you

So sad to think that we could be happy
Destroying others isn't pleasant
But should we have to suffer in silence and let them run our lives

I saw you today for a brief time
Anytime we get together
Is something that we both cherish

When my phone rings and I see it's you
An alert comes in and it's you
That message rings through and it's from you
My thanks to you

The next time it will be longer
We have to make the time
As we a brought down by our others
There is no one like you
My thanks to you

Jim & Gary's girl...

" what you thought was right " but a typo made it " what you that was right " !
