A gentle thunder, a voice like rain
A heart that sees beyond the pain
Nature speaks as no man can
And fills the dry and thirsty land
When you wake upon the rocks
You find your hope is where he knocks
He knocks at the door of your heart
And there is where the wonder of nature starts
To see beyond the pain
To just enjoy the simplicity of the rain
A waterfall filled with might
It is a wondrous sight
Thunder and lightening all in a flash
I do not wish for this vision to pass
To see the dew rise upon the ground
And to hear the thunder roar all around
The trees, the birds, the water, and all
Do not let this vision fall
Keep me simple in my ways
Make me thankful for each day
