One day in the future,
I hope to meet again,
The one person in my life,
Who helped to halt the rain,
Without who I’m incomplete,
Missing something special,
Without them here with me,
My heart is an empty vessel,
I hope that very soon,
They’ll mend my broken heart,
Release the love within me,
And lighten my world so dark,
For I know in my heart,
I could never love again,
No other love could ever,
Ever be the same…
