Feeling so alone
There's a hole in my heart

Want to fight for you
Me, exhibiting my selfish pride

Need to let you fly free
Don't want to hurt you more

Can't see straight-
as you walk out the door.

Want to plead and beg
Though you'll just resent me in the end

Say "I just want to be friends"
You've been the best I've ever known

Hate what I've put you through
Desperately longing for salvation

So sorry for dragging you down
We'll met again, my friend
