When life stats to hurt
And I feel so unsure
When seeing you again
Feels centuries away

I make myself remember
One simple image

The top half of your face
And tangled hair
Rising up from... There

Making my back arch
And eyes close
Biting my fingers

And one simple sensation
Of warmth, and wet
Soothing

And the arch in my back
Relaxes
And the pain in my eyes
Subsides
