Heart
Stutters, flutters,
Enraptured, I gaze
Where once crowds scurried
The world becomes slow, unhurried
There is nothing; nothing but you
Opportunity coaxes, beckoning with soft, honey whispers
Fear hangs heavy, hissing, putrid breath weaving nightmares
A lost moment, fallen amongst time spinning
Taking you away; away from here
Where once lived hope joyful
I now remain mournful
Crying, desire dying
Break away
Hurt

!

I sure hope this isn't biographical. I liked your words and format. You took the time to present it well; a lot don't.

Thanks,
