thrilling
you showed me
the heat only two bodies can create
the face of beauty, I hold in my hands
your lips blushed replete

on this precious journey
in the breaking of the morning light
dappled shadows cross your face
my eyes still glow with bliss
as the rustling of your soul
becomes louder with concern
