Click hereBrilliant rolling hills of emerald
Bow in reverence to mountains east
Endless sky
Mother of blue
Angel hair flat wisps
Clouded streak
Just land, sky and mountain
Valleyed
In layered grassy quilt plots
Gliding on magic carpet
Sweet velocity flies me along
Roads like licorice strips
Cutting through edges of green
Tossed to the wind
This wiped turf
As visored sun
Licks my face,
Plucking me nearer my
Charted course
couldn't put it as poetically as you have!
One of my stories, The Sedution of Ada, takes place around Medford, Burns and Hood River. I'm planning adriving trip up that way next spring for background for a sequel to to that story.
Anyone that can write as lyrically this has to be a beautiful person!
Regards, DJ
