the candles on the sand,
I don't remember when,
or try to understand,
the truth of this romance.
Such love comes true for sure,
the bay looks so cute,
such love so sweet and pure,
that poetry goes mute
and music has no chance.
No chance we had, my lass,
we tried all we could,
sex was our midnight mass,
and it was fucking good!
Perhaps it was our best.
Never will I forget,
the moon, and you, and I,
never will I regret,
what we signify,
all three of us setting west.
