I got bumped
nudged
hugged
teased
winked at
I might have even got bitch slapped
I don't know
it didn't hurt
every turn I turned
I met some body I knew
and even a few,
who were new
some aren't so friendly
glaring stare I feel
from the tone of their words
I 'whooped' in a quick rally
dodging adds
and shit that looked like Spam
the hustle and bustle
from highway to waves
was crowded today
I shrug
squeeze into a slot
rattle my say
turn away
stretch my arms wide
as I turn and look out my window
across the open field
at the tranquil river
flowing by
Maybe I'll write today!
