Thanks for coming to check out my poem! If you read it, please take the time to vote on it. I love feedback, so don’t be afraid to write!

Swaying softly to unheard melodies,
Cradling my spirit, rocking it gently
Riding high on the winds
Soaring, floating, gliding, racing the billowy clouds
Ascending to the sun
Diving toward the sea, pulling up at the last moment

My soul is a lush garden
Flowers bloom, expanding and stretching in all their glory
Trees tower over....observing like silent guardians
The moon glows and smiles upon it all

Stars dot the endless expanse of sky
Glittering, winking
Laughing as small children fall hostage to their beauty and wonder
And adults search for the answers to life’s questions among them

Pain becomes a distant memory
Sorrow is drowned in laughter
All is still.........but nothing stops moving
