Red-violet orbs of sweetness,
popping cold juice,
explosions of Chilean sun
chased by amber waves
of honeyed sweet tea
gulped from slick watermelon glass,
ice cubes cracking like ocean breakers.
Drift away on June breezes,
hammock rocking
beneath the Kansas sky.

Wow!

For a laid-back piece this left me breathless. Every line is wonderful. A treat of a poem.
