eve set the food on the table
adam rapidly stuffed his mouth
and started to chew
stopped only to patiently take
his hair out of his mouth one strand at a time
he squeezed his hair behind his ears
then smoothly finished the meal afterwards
they wrestled and rested in the bed
adam's hair was clean
eve sniffed his hair from the
left to the right
edge
of the mattress
patted herself on the
few places
less attended to by adam
buried her face in his hair again
telling herself
i am a good cook
