The Semi-Annual, Somewhat Random, Meetings Of
The Procrastination Society

Minutes: 27th June, 1997

The meeting was called to order sometime after we all gathered. I think it was somewhere around 8pm.

Fred and Julia apologized for missing the last meeting. It seems they'd showed up ON TIME, figured nobody would show up for a while, and
decided to go to a movie. They meant to leave a note, but didnt get around to it.

Edgar came in 5 minutes late, as usual, and promptly tripped over the sofa.

Susan and Emily sat in the corner and gossiped about Stephen, who sat in the opposite corner with Greg talking about Susan and Emily.

We talked about ordering a pizza, but didnt look for the number. Instead we sent Megan to the store for snacks. We havent seen her
since.

Stephanie proposed that we set a date for the next meeting, but then Richard walked in the door.

Richard smiled at Stephanie and apologized to the group for not showing up in 6 months.

Susan finally got up the nerve to talk to Stephen, and they moved to another corner. Emily and Greg stared at each other from across the
room.

Tori called and said she wouldnt be able to make it, again, she had a date the next night and needed to remember who it was with.

Jordan came in and headed directly to the computer to check his email.

April got bored and decided to go clean her room.

Megan called and asked if we needed feathers, but hung up before anyone could answer.

Sara suggested a craft fair, dumped her purse out and began muttering about macaroni.

Greg found the video we were supposed to watch at the last meeting.

Mandy and Sandy watched the Parent Trap.

Sara found a piece of gum and started looking for Construction Paper in the desk. She found the note we'd written to buy some, but no paper.

Alan climbed up on a chair and began to sing show tunes.

Somebody suggested calling the meeting to order, but Karen noticed thattime was up and wandered out the door.

I found my notebook and started to take roll, but everyone was leaving.

Megan called again saying she'd met a cute bag boy and wouldnt be at the next meeting.

Greg came back to ask for Emilys phone number, but I couldnt find it.

I lost my notebook again, but found it today and wrote down the notes.

There might be another meeting next month, but I forgot to ask.

Lynn Rogers, unofficial secretary.
