Haunted hunted and harried
Running a gamut in terror
Hear my footsteps pounding after you

Turn a corner see my grin
Crawl under wreckage and feel my breath
Jump from ledge my hooks in your hair
Sprint into dark hear my shriek

Flee the horror at your heels
Cannot outrun the fear
Paced by the creeping chills

Ducking under swinging claws
Weaving around lashing tongue
Scramble past howling teeth
Stumble by the crashing fangs

Left alone in dark and dying
The cruel barbs closing in fast
Exhaustion making you mine
