             ----song lyric----

It hasn't been as easy life,
no, I've been through the mill.
Ground to a fine grey powder
and blown from a windowsill.

But my spirit keeps on growing
although the flesh is dust.
The gold just keep on glowing
while the iron turns to rust.

And if there is a lesson
in all these things I've done,
some kind of distillation,
I guess this would be the one:

IF YOU DON'T INTEGRATE
WHAT YOU SAY WITH WHAT YOU DO
THE QUICKSAND YOU CREATE
IS GONNA SWALLOW YOU

    The truth has many faces
and we never see them all
still we've got to make our choices
    and maybe take a fall.
What may be true for you
might not be true for me
    but somewhere down the line
    I think we'll both agree.

IF YOU DON'T INTEGRATE
WHAT YOU SAY WITH WHAT YOU DO
THE QUICKSAND YOU CREATE
IS GONNA SWALLOW YOU
