Hot air thick as I breathe in the summer scents
Laced with a heavy with promise of rain

I step from my ego
Lifting my face to feel the first drops
Walking out the green grass thick between my toes
Lifting my arms to the deluge from the clouds as I root in the earth below

Arching my back, greedy to feel the cold drops strike my skin
Water sluices down my breasts cascading to the ground beneath me

Sinking to the emerald carpet on my knees
Worshiping the mother of all
Merging with her elements as best I can

A primordial need takes me
My juices mixing into the earth with the life giving liquid from the heavens
My body ripe for the planting

Knees bent, body arched, I offer myself to the building blocks of the universe
Here in her womb I am rebuilt, reborn, renewed:
A creature of the primal earth

Primal Lust

I sense at the beginning that this piece starts out in a "civilized" state of being, then smoothly moves to the primal level of nature's all-consuming lust.

Very well done !!
