Slight salty smell
Impressible clammy sand between my toes
Laying down
Waves not ceasing
I watch the sun set
Ironically seemingly drowning
Coldness surrounds my feet
Life—time has stopped
Complete numbness surrounds me
Water intrudes
Body tries to fight----but the soul capitulates
Glimpse of life, love, pain, tears, blackness
Somehow a manage sigh
Water undeniable
