What is this night-time sickness
That robs me of my sleep
Filling my head with jumbled thoughts
In the darkness oh so deep

Sweat beads upon my forehead
Sheets twisting in my hands
Tossing ever turning
How much can I withstand

Insomnia or night sweats?
Unsolved problems I create
Surely there's a pharmaceutical
That I would gladly take

Yet I know deep down inside me
What it is I truly need
Your taste, your touch, you kiss
Your lips so hard yet sweet

Awake all of my senses
Why must you make me plead
Plunder, ravish, take me now
I yearn so for release
