My broken heart for once it beat, i thought it'd beat no more
for though you tried to make it beat, you smashed it on the floor.
I could not help to save my heart, and though it gave me grief
I left it there upon the floor, a memory gone to sleep.
It tried to waken once or twice but still it slumbered on,
a cold and dark and empty place where ne'er a light has shon.
The reason why you broke my heart, it still evades mine ear,
as waiting for that reason why i sighed and shed a tear.
Who are you sir that i should ask why do u treat me so,
are you my keeper or my plague to cast and keep me low?
I can survive without my heart, without my mind and soul,
but now i do emplore you love my mind has just one goal,
it shall return to claim my heart and shall rule there oncemore.

I have returned to claim my heart, as once i did foretell,
i will exact its heavy price and now to cast my spell.
For though you tried to make it beat, you smashed it on the floor
and now you see me pick it up and carry it out the door.
The sunlight touches all the pieces and makes them once and whole
for who are you my love to claim this heart and mind and soul?
it was not yours to take away, nor was it yours to keep,
so heed my words and listen now for a promise as i weep.
you were the one i thought about the one i cared for more,
but cross me once again my love and of this you can be sure.
This is the last we hear of this, goodnight and then adieu
for on the morrow foolish one, the carnage shall ensue,
and thus by blood this foolish quest for love and life and lust
shall endeth here and both shall perish in fire and flame and dust.
