Sadness

Sadness has eaten up every part of me now.
Since you said it was over,
nothing has gone right.
I try to get over it,
but something inside wont let me.
I love you with a love greater
then any love I have known.
You were my everything for a short time.
I want you so bad sometimes I just cry.
I cried the night you broke up with me,
like I have never cried before.
Though this poem maynot be a poem,
and the song maynot have the same meaning,
and the tears that I cry, maynot have the same taste,
my love for you will not change, it will remain.
I am not perfect, but neither are you.
We all have our demons, but we have to be strong
enough to get through the hard times,
or we will lose far more then intended.
I love you, I always will, you are my
you are my cool breeze,when I am so hot I could melt, you are my
hero, when i am scared,
you are my lighthouse,
when I cant see my way home.
Everything in my life
has lead me to you,
dont make me cry one more tear,
or feel one more pain,
or scream out for you.
Just tell me that this peroid of change is over.
Tell me you cant live without me,
Tell me you dont want to even try.
But please, please dont tell me good-bye
