at the Latin joint, a young
man asked my girlfriend to dance.
she declined. i accepted.
broad shouldered, hot and sweaty,
angel face, seven day beard,
searching dark eyes, wicked grin -
i had to get next to him.
shirt open to his tummy,
hips gyrating like a sword -
cumbia, salsa, cha-cha.
he spun me round, yanked me close,
crushed my body to his warmth.
i ground against his thigh, and
dug my nails in his back. he
laughed at that. he knew my tricks -
my last dance was on his dick.

Turn On

I've never read erotic poetry before, but I'll read more. You really turn me on. Are most of these based on true (ish) stories in your life?

I loved this but

I wanted you to go into more detail--it would bear it (only a line or two). And don't go all e.e.cummings with the punctuation--it only pulls attention to the writer and not the written. I am still a huge fan of your writing. xx
