Sannion M'Lord, Lover of my spirit, Lover of my words
I come to you naked and free at last
For you have brought to me a most wondrous gift
The Gift of my thoughts free to roam at will
The Gift of my feelings free to live on their own
The Gift of my curiousity left to play in your care
The Gift of my passions safe in your embrace
The Gift of my will shaped in your firm loving hand
The Gift of my anger calmed by your direction
With your sweet attentions you brought me these things, as if you lived only to bring to me such heated passion for life
And as I felt the universe explode in storms of stars and worlds, lifetimes pass before me,
It was in that very moment you brought to me the most precious gift of all
The Gift of my fear quelled by ancient traditions
The Gift of knowledge passed down from the old ones
The Gift of the freedom to live my dreams, my passion...
The Gift of my God, Lover of my dancing, joyous words
The Gift of Dionysos.
