"There ya go again, Joe,"
Sara said to Joe, of course,
unless it was the audience
and camera 3 that tried to poke
23 million Americans,
according to the latest polls.

So they coiffed her hair
and bought new clothes
because they knew that Joe,
glowing from his tanning bed,
bleached his teeth before the show.

Biding time for his rebuttal,
Joe just smiled at Sara,
showing his incisors,
when what remained of America
would go to bed soon thereafter
and not recall a thing they said
read from the TelePrompTer.
