Sexy Soul Mate Meditation

I sit in front of you but
we don’t talk
so our subtle energies
can meet

instead of talking we
look deeply into each other’s
eyes and let the longing for
sexual intercourse to build up

feel the heat of that desire
for at least five minutes
and then bring that awaress up
to the third eye

The second step of this guided imagery
meditation is to imagine making love
with the genitalia in the third eye
enjoying our sexual union there
as we have, physically, in the past
and will, again, in the near future
as we have in previous lives and
will in the distant future

After imagining we have genitalia
in our foreheads, between our
eyebrows, we’ll move that awareness
down to the throat, and then down
further, to the heart, to the chest,
experiencing lovemaking at each
chakra in turn, down to the
solar plexus and right down to
the root chakra, imagining genitals
and lovemaking experiences all
the way down and feeling
free to move, while sitting,
to sway and make noises and
cry or laugh or whatever
comes up for us

After we have made love
in all our chakras from
the third eye to the root
we will let that kundalini
energy rise to the crown chakra
spiralling through all the
chakras, making our bodies
tremble and shake as the
energy spirals through us

I have no doubt we will want
to make love but instead
we will practice circular
breathing

as you exhale from your crown
I will inhale through mine
then exhale through my
perineum so you can
inhale through your
sex center, and then
we will reverse the flow
so it travels through
both of us both ways

After circular breathing
we will be able to bring
our awareness to a space above
our heads, sensing one crown
chakra and our separate energies
merging into one space which
inifies us and allows us to
remember ouselves as one

We will be able to re-enter
our bodies again and again
as though in a play and
return to the reality of
the one crown and we may
even feel like entering into
our bodies as the opposite
gender and eventually
we will feel one with
everything, without
beginning or
end
and
the final time we re-enter
our bodies we will bring
our memory of oneness
and we will not forget
that being separate is
just a dream we have
of male and female bodies
just for fun

The final step in this
tantric soulmate meditation
is to lie down together,
each of us on our backs
perineum to perineum
holding each other’s feet
with our hands and
resting silently

We may feel drunk, afterwards
drunk with the Divine

Practiced with a lover
they say it brings you
direclt to a profound
oneness on the level of
the soul so you can
experience the phenomenon
of the soul mate
