The memories I remember well
Were her voice as it rose and fell
And her steel brown eyes staring me down
As I drove out of this damn old town

A midnight fling was all it was
But yet that did not give her just cause
Doing that to a person like me
Finally found out what she could be

She’s a cheating woman
And it could be a friend
Or could be a stranger
It’s all the same to her
Only wants the loving
The teasing and hugging
A soft touch of a man
She’s a cheating woman

And a good woman is hard to find
But figured out she’s not that kind
And her true self came into my sight
Made me see her in a brand new light

I’m tired of sitting in the passenger seat
So it’s time for me to get back on my feet

She’s a cheating woman
And it could be a friend
Or could be a stranger
It’s all the same to her
She’s a cheating lady
On this I must agree
Not loyal if she can
She’s a cheating woman
