Someday she'll be good enough
to walk through Heaven's gates.
Someday the pain will cease and
joy will takes its place.
Someday she'll look and see
someone waiting there.
To take her hand and hold her close
and tell her she is rare.
Someday the smile will be real
and the laughter will ring out.
Someday her soul will be reborn
and no longer will she doubt.
Someday she'll have her happiness
and look back to the past.
She'll see the steps she took
and know God had not walked past.
