Soft as a whisper.
Gentle as a breeze.
Lovely as a flower.
Old as the trees.
Dark like the night.
Clear as a pool.
As bird in flight.
Like a man follows rules.
In the middle like cream.
Between two slices of bread.
Like the sound of laughter.
Plays in my head.
Similes describe.
And they often do.
But one thing for sure.
Like the brighest star, shines you.
