Sleep With You

I wrote this long ago while I was in college, and dating;

I even had it made up into a small business card I could hand a girl at a party. They usually smiled, it broke the ice, and I was able to get to know them better.
I have won a few awards for this poem -- especially when I share it near Valentines Day

When we are so far apart
Can love break your tender heart?
I love you, darling, I really do;
Sleep is so sweet when I dream of you.
All of you is like a rose,
Night is here, so I must close.
